They did it. All 54 miles of it! Last month, in preparation for the London to Brighton bike ride, we blogged about the fundraising efforts of the Kurtosys UK team to aid the mission of the British Heart Foundation — to fight heart disease.
Just this past weekend, six members of the Kurtosys UK team tested their endurance against the long roads and steep hills from the city of London to beaches of Brighton for the BHF’s annual day ride. With sore legs and smiles, the team passed the finish line.
Exceeding the original fundraising goal of £1,000, they managed to raise almost £1,350 with the 54 donations they received. All of the proceeds go towards life-saving research for the UK’s biggest killer, heart disease.
As a quick recap, check out some footage captured by Steve Perry of Kurtosys.

Special thanks to Steve, Neeta, Harry, Obi, Roberto and the brave family and friends that joined the team, and of course, to all who donated!
