Improvements


Kurtosys Platform

  • Enhanced Security for Fund Manager File Upload
    • File upload functionality has been enhanced to allow only specific image formats: avif, bmp, gif, jpg, jpeg, png, svg, and webp. SVG and JavaScript files are now sanitized before storage to ensure any potentially malicious data is removed. These changes ensure greater security and prevent risks associated with malicious file uploads.

Investor Reporting - Email Distribution

  • Add a New Custom Date Range parameter for Document Attachment rules
    • Enhanced the Email Distribution functionality where clients don’t currently have the option to attach backdated documents beyond the current relative date range options. The updates includes the ability to specify a specific date range when defining document attachment rules in email workflow configurations.
  • Option to Select All emails for bulk send and delete actions.
    • Introduced an update to Email Distribution Center where users are now able to select Bulk Actions, which includes the ability to select all (not just emails on the current page) emails generated for a workflow in the email distribution center and bulk send or delete these emails.
  • Add Bulk Approve All action to the Email Distribution Center
    • Enhanced the Email Distribution Center by adding the Bulk Action option to approve all email drafts for a specific workflow. This option will approve all emails (across all pages, whether selected or not) with status = Approval Required.
  • Refresh email draft items within the Email Distribution Center
    • Introduced an update to Email Distribution Center where users are now able to select a Regenerate action, which will regenerate all outstanding email drafts within the email workflow. The Regeneration should update the email draft status based on any changes made in the system i.e. Recipients Linked, Documents Attached.

  • Enhanced Date Picker Functionality for Activity Tracker
    • Improved date picker functionality to allow users to add, replace, and remove search dates in the activity tracker. Users can now click the "x" button on date pills to remove dates, ensuring a better user experience when filtering by date.

Investor Reporting

  • Date Update Issue in Excel Tables for Historical Datasets (SFE)

    • Fixed an issue where tables using historical datasets in Excel showed blank results when the date value was changed. This update also ensures that static dataset inputs to an Excel table will behave as expected.
