How we use personal data to market our services

Protecting your privacy

At Kurtosys your privacy is as important to us as it is to you. We only process very limited personal data, and only to market our services to you as a legitimate business interest or customer of Kurtosys. We don’t export or sell data to any third parties, nor do we sell or market other vendors’ services. We use the data we obtain to email or phone prospects to inform them about our services. All our emails contain a 1-click Unsubscribe link whereby you can prevent any further emails from us to you. The data we collect is restricted to information given on contact forms and the IP address of the user. Any personal data collected is securely stored in cloud-based systems (currently this is Salesforce) for the purpose of tracking website activity, and all data is easily removable, editable, correctable and available in a portable format on request.
