Improvements

Kurtosys Platform

  • Permanent Token Restriction for Kurtosys App Access
    • As a part of our continuous security optimizations, Kurtosys App has implemented a restriction preventing the use of permanent tokens for app access. Should an inconsistent Permanent token be detected, the user is redirected to a error page.
  • Password Reset Functionality Update to Ensure MFA Enforcement

    • The password reset process now redirects users to the login screen to ensure MFA is enforced after resetting their password, enhancing overall security and user experience.

Investor Reporting

  • Enhanced "Keep With" Functionality in SFI Table configuration

    • Users are able to specify how many rows of a specific type should be kept with the previous or next row of another type.

This functionality enables resolution of the following issues:

      • Orphan sub-header rows right at the bottom of a page or frame

      • Orphan footer rows at the top of a page or frame.

  • Implementation of New Watermarking Flow for Document Downloads

    • Watermarking will be applied to PDFs based on security group settings, with specific text and positioning. Non-PDFs will be copied without changes, and errors will be logged if watermarking fails.

  • Display Environment, Client Name, and InDesign Server Version in SFI

    • The SFI landing screen will now display the user's logged-in environment, client name from Kapp, and the InDesign server version. Once a menu option is selected, this information will no longer appear on subsequent screens.

  • Display Environment, Client Name, and Correct SFO Version in Add-ins

    • SFO will now display the logged-in environment and client name from Kapp on the landing screen. Additionally, the correct SFO version will be shown.
